Ingredients
- MINCEMEAT
- Cook 5 MINUTES
- 2 cups 500ML apples cut in small pieces
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup 125ML brown sugar
- 2 tsp 10ML lemon juice
- 2 TBsp 30ML butter
- Add and cook 5 MINUTES more
- 2 tbsp 30ML molasses
- 1 cup 250ML RAISINS
- 1/2 cup 125ML ORANGE-lemon- (peels)
- 3 tbsp 45ML (PURE LARD) not crisco(Tenderflake if available where you are)
- 3 tbsp 45ML RUM
- 3 tbsp 45ML COGNAC
- 3 tbsp 45ML VINAIGar
- 1/4 cup 50ML NOIX HACHIS
- 1 tsp 5ML MUSCADE
- 1/2 tsp 2ML allspices
- 1/2 tsp 2ML CLOve
- put in a container for 4 hours before using.
- may be kept in frig for several days
