Ingredients
- 1 head Chinese cabbage, cut up
- 1 = c. salt
- 1 bunch green onions, tops too
- 1 turnip, cut up
- 2-3 radishes, halved
- 2 heads garlic, cut up
- = c. red pepper powder
- Dash MSG
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Directions
Soak cabbage in salt for 3 to 4 hours. Wash after it has wilted down. Taste, if it tastes salty, leave alone; if not, put a little more salt (3-4 tbsp.) on it. Add other ingredients, mix and let set for 3-4 days out of refrigerator.
