Korean Salad | |
Ingredients:
1 head Chinese cabbage, cut up1 = c. salt 1 bunch green onions, tops too 1 turnip, cut up 2-3 radishes, halved 2 heads garlic, cut up = c. red pepper powder Dash MSG 2 tbsp. sugar
Directions:
Soak cabbage in salt for 3 to 4 hours. Wash after it has wilted down. Taste, if it tastes salty, leave alone; if not, put a little more salt (3-4 tbsp.) on it. Add other ingredients, mix and let set for 3-4 days out of refrigerator. |
