Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
 - 2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
 - 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
 - 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
 - 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
 - 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
 - 1 tsp. curry
 
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 can onions.  Put in shallow baking dish; top with remaining onions.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until hot.
