Very easy to make. The Bisquick baking mix sinks to the bottom and makes a semi crust.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vanella
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- Set oven 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 2 packages 8oz.each cream cheese,cut into1/2 in. cubes & softened.
- Cheesecake topping
- Cheese cake topping:
- 1 cup sour cream or imitation
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanella
- 2 tablespoons vanella
Directions
GREASE pie tin 9-1-11/4 inches
BEAT milk,vanella,eggs,sugar and baking mix in a blender on highspeed 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend at high speed for 2 minutes.
POUR into pie plate. Bake 40 to 45 minutes untill center is set; cool.
PREPARE Cheesecake topping; blend together ingrediants. Carefully spread over top. Serve with canned pie filling or fresh fruit such as sliced or crushed. strawberries
