Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk2 tablespoons vanella 2 eggs 1 cup sugar Set oven 350 degrees 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix 2 packages 8oz.each cream cheese,cut into1/2 in. cubes & softened. Cheesecake topping Cheese cake topping: 1 cup sour cream or imitation 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons vanella 2 tablespoons vanella
Directions:
GREASE pie tin 9-1-11/4 inchesBEAT milk,vanella,eggs,sugar and baking mix in a blender on highspeed 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Cover and blend at high speed for 2 minutes. POUR into pie plate. Bake 40 to 45 minutes untill center is set; cool. PREPARE Cheesecake topping; blend together ingrediants. Carefully spread over top. Serve with canned pie filling or fresh fruit such as sliced or crushed. strawberries Very easy to make. The Bisquick baking mix sinks to the bottom and makes a semi crust.
