You may use butter instead of oil, you also may add shrimp lobster, or other seafood. I dont know how well it will taste if vegetables or meat are added, instead of seafood but it doesnt tempt my taste buds.


  • pasta
  • heavy cream
  • olive oil
  • garlic minced (optional)
  • scallions fine chopped (optional)
  • voldka (no name brand)
  • tomato paste or sauce


Cook pasta & drain
The rest is according to how many you are serving (your judgement)
Heat oil in skillet to saute garlic & scallions
add heavy cream heat to bubbly, add tomato sauce or paste, stir in to pinkish tint, add a little voldka you dont' want to overwhelm the sauce (or your guests)
Pour over cooked pasta.
