Ingredients
- 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 2 2/3 Cups Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Medium Rye Flour
- 1 Tbls Gluten
- 1 tsp Caraway Seeds
- 4 tsp Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1 Tbls Butter
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cup Dark Beer or Stout
- 3/4 Cup Warm Water
Directions
All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "Whole Wheat Bread". Press "Start".
