Ingredients:
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast 2 2/3 Cups Bread Flour 1 1/2 Cups Medium Rye Flour 1 Tbls Gluten 1 tsp Caraway Seeds 4 tsp Brown Sugar, Packed 1 Tbls Butter 1 Large Egg 1 tsp Salt 3/4 Cup Dark Beer or Stout 3/4 Cup Warm Water
Directions:
All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "Whole Wheat Bread". Press "Start". |
