Ingredients

  • flour for dredging
  • 2-3 eggs beaten
  • 1 box toasted rice crackers LUAU MIX
  • found in international foods isle in some markets..
  • oil for frying
  • Salmon fillets (NOT STEAKS)
  • scrod or other white fish fillets
  • Tuna or swordfish steaks
  • shark or marlin

Directions

dredge fish steak or fillet both sides (unless one side is not skinned dont coat that side) in flour
dip into egg mixture
coat filets in the finely crushed toasted rice crackers LUAU MIX. Cook fish in preheated olive oil in a saute pan or other skillet, both sides til golden.
