Ingredients

  • 6 swordfish steaks
  • 1 Tbs. crushed black peppercorns
  • 2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz. soy sauce

Directions

Coat swordfish steaks evenly with peppercorns.
Heat a wok or cast iron skillet over high heat until very hot. Place the steaks into the hot pan and cook for 1 minute per side.
Combine the lime juice & the soy sauce. Deglaze the fish with the soy mixture and cook just until the liquid evaporates. Turn the fish frequently to coat it with the sauce.
