| Swordfish Blackened 6 servings Recipe | |

| Ingredients:6 swordfish steaks 1 Tbs. crushed black peppercorns 2 oz. fresh lime juice 2 oz. soy sauce 
 Directions:Coat swordfish steaks evenly with peppercorns. Heat a wok or cast iron skillet over high heat until very hot. Place the steaks into the hot pan and cook for 1 minute per side. Combine the lime juice & the soy sauce. Deglaze the fish with the soy mixture and cook just until the liquid evaporates. Turn the fish frequently to coat it with the sauce. | |
