Ingredients

  • Sorry, don't know if this will do the trick. Never tried it.
  • Crust:
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Filling:
  • 12 oz. ricotta or farmer cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine crust ingredients in bowl; press evenly into 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 5 minutes; remove from oven and let cool.
3. Beat cheese well wtih electric mixer. Add yogurt a little at a time, beat well. Stir in honey and vanilla. Pour cheese mixture into pie shell; refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving. Serves 8.
