Ingredients:
Sorry, don't know if this will do the trick. Never tried it.Crust: 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup butter, softened 1 tsp. cinnamon Filling: 12 oz. ricotta or farmer cheese 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt 3 tablespoons honey 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.2. Combine crust ingredients in bowl; press evenly into 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 5 minutes; remove from oven and let cool. 3. Beat cheese well wtih electric mixer. Add yogurt a little at a time, beat well. Stir in honey and vanilla. Pour cheese mixture into pie shell; refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving. Serves 8. |
