Ingredients

  • 2 Halibut Steaks, unthawed (catfish or any fish with a firm flesh can be used)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Small onion sliced
  • 1 Carrot Sliced
  • Lemon Juice (optional)

Directions

Saute carrot, and onion in butter until softened.
Place fish, salt & pepper on a large piece of foil, pour the
sauted carrot & onion on top of the fish. If you use lemon juice add a squeeze now. Place a pat of butter on top of all then fold the foil to make a packet. Place the packet in a baking dish and bake at 350 degres until fish flakes about
20-30 minutes. (This is an estimate since cooking time depends on thickness of fish).


Serves 2.
