Ingredients
- 3 T. rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 2 T. peeled and minced ginger root
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. light soy sauce
- 2 t. Dijon-style mustard
- salt and pepper
- 6 T. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Oriental Sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced(optional)
- 2 T. snipped fresh chives (optional)
Directions
In a bowl combine the vinegar,ginger root,lemon juice,soy sauce,mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the dressing until emulsified. Whisk in the garlic and chives , if desired.
Makes 1 cup
