Good choice if you don't like onions.


  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder, to taste (optional)
  • Paprika


Drain artichokes and cut into quarters. Add mayonnaise and cheese and mis together. Place in a shallow baking dish and refrigerate until ready to bake. Sprinkle with paprika for color. Bake in 400 degree oven uncovered for 30 minutes. Service with king-size corn chips or melba rounds.

Serves 8 to 10
