Ingredients
- Red b's potatoes or any other potato for that matter
- good olive oil enough to cover spuds
- garlic say 2 cloves per lb of spuds
- Fresh rosemary say i tsp per lbs
- S&P to taste
Directions
In a mixing bowl big enough to hold the potatoes mix the oil and herbs and spices the toss the potatoes. lay out in a sigle layer on a sheet pan and roast in a 400 oven for 40 to 50 min until soft.
