Roasted Red B's Recipe

  Italian Vegetable

Ingredients:
Red b's potatoes or any other potato for that matter
good olive oil enough to cover spuds
garlic say 2 cloves per lb of spuds
Fresh rosemary say i tsp per lbs
S&P to taste

Directions:
In a mixing bowl big enough to hold the potatoes mix the oil and herbs and spices the toss the potatoes. lay out in a sigle layer on a sheet pan and roast in a 400 oven for 40 to 50 min until soft.
