Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 4oz. can chopped green chilies
  • 4 16oz. cans shoepeg corn, drained
  • Dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan and blend in cream cheese.
Add milk and mix together.
Add green chilies, corn and Tabasco sauce.
Put in a 9x13" baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.


Serves 12.
