This was a must at all holiday meals in my mother-in-laws family.


  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green and 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. If desired, sprinkle another half cup of grated cheese over top for last 10 minutes of baking.
