Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 large -- oven cooking bag
- 2 tablespoons butter -- melted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 1/2 pounds chicken thighs without skin
- 3 tablespoons Creole Seasoning Blend
Directions
Place flour in cooking bag, shaking to coat inside of bag; place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Set aside.
Combine butter and Worcestershire sauce; dip chicken in mixture, and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Place in a single layer in cooking bag. Close bag with nylon tie, and cut 6 (1/2 inch) slits in top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
