• Venison Strips(2 lbs.) 1/2" thick
  • eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2cup fine dry breadcrumbs
  • salt, fresh pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Accent
  • water,
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • onions(peeled)
  • paprika


Tenderize steak & cut in strips, beat with egg and milk. Combine crumbs, salt(1tsp), pepper, accent. Dip in egg mixture brown in oil, then place in 2 quart dish, add water (1/2 cup), add oregano and Parmesan cheese. Add onions (6 small/peeled), add salt and paprika. Cover tightly and bake 90 min. at 325 Deg. oven, until tender.
