I don't like too much cilantro in this, so adjust to suit your taste.


  • 4 Jalepeno Peppers (or to taste)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cans Italian Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
  • salt
  • Dash of Cumin
  • Black pepper
  • Splash of Lemon Juice
  • Cilantro


Seed and chop the Jalepenos. Chop the onions. Add the remaining ingredients. This can be eaten immediately or frozen for later.
