This is an exceptionally quick and easy soup when time is the essence.

Ingredients

  • 1 14oz can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 l4oz can sliced carrots, drained
  • l 14oz can diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
  • l can 14 oz chicken or beef broth

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large pot.
Bring to boil, then reduce and simmer for 3 minutes
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Serve with croutons, crackers or warm bread

Serves 4-6
