Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dates
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 4 Tablespoons sugar
  • Shredded coconut or nut meal

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the coconut or nut meal. Shape into balls the size of walnuts; then roll in the coconut or nut meal until completely covered. Place in the freezer until firm.


Makes 18 cookies
