Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter3/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/2 cup raisins or dates 1/4 cup powdered milk 4 Tablespoons sugar Shredded coconut or nut meal
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the coconut or nut meal. Shape into balls the size of walnuts; then roll in the coconut or nut meal until completely covered. Place in the freezer until firm. Makes 18 cookies
