Ingredients

  • Clean stems and leaves from berries. Place in large kettle. Cover with water and cook. When berries are pulpy, remove and pour juice and berries into press.
  • Boil equal amounts of juice and sugar. Boil for ten min. or so. Do not boil to long, since it will jell. Pour into clean half-pint jars and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for ten min to ensure the syrup is preserved.
