Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 1 TSP butter

Directions

In a deep bowl mix all ingredients except butter.
Cook in microwave for 11 minutes, turning and stirring 2 twice during cooking time.
Cool for about 5 minutes, add butter and beat with electric mixer until thicken.
Put in a buttered dish and cut in squares when cold.
