Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • zest of one lime, reserve lime
  • freshly grated black pepper

Directions

Combine first three. Pour over fish. Allow to marinate in fridge for 4-5 hours. Sprinkle heavily with pepper. Squeeze lime juice from the remaining lime over fish after it is grillled.. Takes 6-7 minutes per side for a large fillet.
