Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil3 tablespoons soy sauce zest of one lime, reserve lime freshly grated black pepper
Directions:
Combine first three. Pour over fish. Allow to marinate in fridge for 4-5 hours. Sprinkle heavily with pepper. Squeeze lime juice from the remaining lime over fish after it is grillled.. Takes 6-7 minutes per side for a large fillet. |
