Ingredients
- 2 large oranges, all membrane removed, fruit coarsley chopped
 - 1 large grapefruit, all membrane removed, fruit coarsley chopped
 - 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, cored, and chopped
 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
 - 2 tablespoons orange juice
 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - salt to taste
 
Directions
In a non-reactive bowl, gently mix oranges, grapefruit, and tomatoes; add the rest of the ingredients and toss gently. Can be made ahead and refrigerated over night. Makes 3 cups. Great with grilled fish or poultry.
