Ingredients:
2 large oranges, all membrane removed, fruit coarsley chopped1 large grapefruit, all membrane removed, fruit coarsley chopped 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, cored, and chopped 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons orange juice 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1 teaspoon sugar salt to taste
Directions:
In a non-reactive bowl, gently mix oranges, grapefruit, and tomatoes; add the rest of the ingredients and toss gently. Can be made ahead and refrigerated over night. Makes 3 cups. Great with grilled fish or poultry. |
