Pretty close to Swiss Chalet
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 chicken cube
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce (or more)
- 1/4 brown sugar
- dash Tobasco sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch in a little cold water to form a paste
Directions
After cooking the whole chicken, drain the juice from the dish.
Add water to make 1 1/2 cups, or just use 1 1/2 cups water with chicken cube dissolved.
Add next 6 ingredients. Cook on high 3-4 minutes, or until it boils.
Mix in cornstarch paste and stir into sauce. Cook on high till thick: 1 - 2mins.
