Sauce for Chicken Recipe

  Canadian Chicken

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. water
1 chicken cube
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp celery seed
2 tsp worcestershire sauce (or more)
1/4 brown sugar
dash Tobasco sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch in a little cold water to form a paste

Directions:
After cooking the whole chicken, drain the juice from the dish.
Add water to make 1 1/2 cups, or just use 1 1/2 cups water with chicken cube dissolved.
Add next 6 ingredients. Cook on high 3-4 minutes, or until it boils.
Mix in cornstarch paste and stir into sauce. Cook on high till thick: 1 - 2mins.
Pretty close to Swiss Chalet
