Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- l cup light corn syrup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbls butter or margarine, melted
- l/4 teasp salt
- l teasp grated nutmeg
- l/2 teasp ground cinnamon
- l/4 teasp ground cloves
- l teasp vanilla extract
- l cup chopped pecans
- l unbaked 9" pastry shell
- l/2 cup pecan halves
- whipped cream for serving
Directions
Combine first nine ingredients; beat with an electric mixer until blended. Stir in chopped pecans.
Pour mixture into pastry shell; arrange pecan halves on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 mins.
Serve with whipped cream.
