Spicy Pecan Recipe

  Pies

Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten
l cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbls butter or margarine, melted
l/4 teasp salt
l teasp grated nutmeg
l/2 teasp ground cinnamon
l/4 teasp ground cloves
l teasp vanilla extract
l cup chopped pecans
l unbaked 9" pastry shell
l/2 cup pecan halves
whipped cream for serving

Directions:
Combine first nine ingredients; beat with an electric mixer until blended. Stir in chopped pecans.
Pour mixture into pastry shell; arrange pecan halves on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 mins.
Serve with whipped cream.
