Like every recipe, you can change it to your own taste. Enjoy it and have a good summer.
Ingredients
- 46 onces V8 juice
- 5 cups of beef broth
- 8 big fresh tomatoes or 1 can (28 onc)
- whole tomatoes chopped
- 2 cucumbers no seed cut in small cubes
- 2 green peppers chopped
- 12 tablespoons chops onions
- 12 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestheshire
- 6 drops tabasco
- 4-5 garlics
- lemon to decorate
Directions
Bring to boil the V8 and beef broth. Add all the ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes. Pass it through your blender or cuisinart to chop or liquify. Personnaly I prefer when I can taste little pieces of the veggie. Keep in the fridge until serving (keep at least a week). Serve cold with slice of lemon and chopped chives.
