gaspacho Recipe

  Soup

Ingredients:
46 onces V8 juice
5 cups of beef broth
8 big fresh tomatoes or 1 can (28 onc)
whole tomatoes chopped
2 cucumbers no seed cut in small cubes
2 green peppers chopped
12 tablespoons chops onions
12 tablespoons wine vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil
salt
1 teaspoon worcestheshire
6 drops tabasco
4-5 garlics
lemon to decorate

Directions:
Bring to boil the V8 and beef broth. Add all the ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes. Pass it through your blender or cuisinart to chop or liquify. Personnaly I prefer when I can taste little pieces of the veggie. Keep in the fridge until serving (keep at least a week). Serve cold with slice of lemon and chopped chives.
Like every recipe, you can change it to your own taste. Enjoy it and have a good summer.
