Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Frank's Hot Sauce, mild
  • 1 stick butter or margerine
  • tabasco sauce
  • 5 lb chicken wings, separated

Directions

Deep fry chicken wings until light brown. Drain on paper towels.

Melt butter in sauce pan, add Franks Hot Sauce and drops of tabasco to taste. Using a large glass or plastic bowl, add cooked wings and sauce, stir until wings are coated. Put the coated wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and set under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.
