Ingredients

  • l l6oz carton light or no fat sour cream
  • l loz envelope Original Ranch Party Dip
  • Mix
  • l l4oz can artichoke hearts (rinsed,
  • drain amd chop
  • 1 10oz chopped frozen spinach (thaw,
  • drain well
  • l 2oz jar diced pimentoes (rinse, drain)
  • l large (1 l/1 lbs) round bread

Directions

Combine the sour cream and dressing mix in a medium bowl. Addartichokes, spinach and pimentoes. Cut a circular slice from top of the bread. Hollow out the center leaving a one inch shell for dip. Cube the removed bread for dipping.
