Artichoke & Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
l l6oz carton light or no fat sour cream
l loz envelope Original Ranch Party Dip
Mix
l l4oz can artichoke hearts (rinsed,
drain amd chop
1 10oz chopped frozen spinach (thaw,
drain well
l 2oz jar diced pimentoes (rinse, drain)
l large (1 l/1 lbs) round bread

Directions:
Combine the sour cream and dressing mix in a medium bowl. Addartichokes, spinach and pimentoes. Cut a circular slice from top of the bread. Hollow out the center leaving a one inch shell for dip. Cube the removed bread for dipping.
