Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. turkey breast
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. reosemary
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
Mix all ingredients and rub over turkey breast. Place turkey skin-side down in crock pot and pour remaining mixed ingredients over turkey. Cook on low 6-8 hours, basting once or twice (if possible).
