Herb Lemon Turkey Breast Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 to 3 lb. turkey breast1/4 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. reosemary 1 tsp. oregano 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/2 c. dry white wine Salt & pepper to taste 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and rub over turkey breast. Place turkey skin-side down in crock pot and pour remaining mixed ingredients over turkey. Cook on low 6-8 hours, basting once or twice (if possible). |
