If you prefer cornstarch puddings, substitute 2 cups cornstarch for flour.

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 2 3/4 c Unbleached Flour
  • 1 1/2 c Instant Nonfat Dry Milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Put in a large airtight container and label as Pudding and Pie Mix. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 6 to 8 months.

Makes about 9 Cups of mix.
