Ingredients
- 1 tub extra thick yoghurt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
- garlic (depends whether you like it
- strong I use about 6 cloves
- 1 small cucumber grated and squeeze
- the juice out.
- pinch salt
Directions
If you cannot purchase extra thick yoghurt, you must put the yoghurt in a cheesecloth and strain it for about 5 hours, otherwise it will be too runny. Add crushed garlic, olive oil and cucumber and mix.
