Ingredients

  • 1 tub extra thick yoghurt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
  • garlic (depends whether you like it
  • strong I use about 6 cloves
  • 1 small cucumber grated and squeeze
  • the juice out.
  • pinch salt

Directions

If you cannot purchase extra thick yoghurt, you must put the yoghurt in a cheesecloth and strain it for about 5 hours, otherwise it will be too runny. Add crushed garlic, olive oil and cucumber and mix.
