TZAZIKI Recipe

  Greek Lamb

Ingredients:
1 tub extra thick yoghurt
1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
garlic (depends whether you like it
strong I use about 6 cloves
1 small cucumber grated and squeeze
the juice out.
pinch salt

Directions:
If you cannot purchase extra thick yoghurt, you must put the yoghurt in a cheesecloth and strain it for about 5 hours, otherwise it will be too runny. Add crushed garlic, olive oil and cucumber and mix.
