Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions

Beat eggs. Add flour and sugar. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
