Ingredients:
3 eggs1 teaspoon flour 1 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine 1/4 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup coconut
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add flour and sugar. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
