Ingredients
- fish meat
- 1 diced onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 sticks celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 diced potato
- about 1/2 cup rice
- ground black pepper
- parsley
- about 1 tblspn oil
- about 1 1/2 litlres of water (6 cups)
Directions
Boil fish in water. Once soft, put through a sieve to strain. Put stock back in pot, and clean the fish from any bones, keep the fish meat aside. In the stock put all vegetables, black pepper, parsley, oil and rice, and cook until tender.
Add fish. Once in soup plate I squeeze a little lemon on.
